"Account Balance"
The total funds held in a member's registered account, which may include bonus funds.
"Bonus Funds"
Promotional funds granted to a member by x8bd, which can be withdrawn subject to meeting specific wagering requirements.
"Wagering Requirement"
The total amount a member must wager before bonus funds can be withdrawn. At x8bd, this is calculated as 20 times the bonus amount.
3 Account Registration & Eligibility
3.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account on x8bd, you must meet all of the following conditions:
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- You must provide a valid and active mobile number and email address.
- All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and your own.
- You must not already have another active x8bd account.
- You are using this platform voluntarily and are not acting under anyone's influence.
3.2 Single Account Policy
Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address. If the same person operates multiple accounts, those accounts will be suspended and any associated bonuses will be cancelled.
3.3 Identity Verification
x8bd may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to comply may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.
3.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login details completely confidential. Do not share your account information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus funds for a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 adds ৳5,000 in bonus funds (the maximum limit) for a total balance of ৳17,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. This is calculated as 20 times (20x) the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
4.3 Promotion Abuse
If abuse of bonus benefits, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or any fraudulent activity is detected, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
4.4 Bonus Expiry
Every bonus offer has a set expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met before the expiry date, the bonus funds will be automatically forfeited.
5 Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Deposit Methods & Limits
Accepted deposit methods on x8bd are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.
5.2 Withdrawal Methods & Limits
The same methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
5.3 Identity Verification & Withdrawals
Before a withdrawal is completed, x8bd may request identity verification or additional information. Failure to provide the required information in time may delay the withdrawal.
5.4 Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
5.5 Refund Policy
Once a bet is placed, it is considered fully final. If a bet was placed unintentionally due to a technical error, please contact the support team.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Terms
All betting and gaming activity on x8bd is governed by the specific rules of the relevant game or market. Each game's rules are displayed within that game's interface.
6.2 Validity of Bets
If a bet is not completed due to a technical error, disconnection, or any other reason, x8bd reserves the right to make a reasonable decision. In such matters, the decision of x8bd will be considered final.
6.3 Sports Betting
In the sports betting section, set odds are displayed before a bet is accepted. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to x8bd's established rules.
6.4 Finality of Game Results
All games are operated using fair play principles and verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Once a game result is displayed, it is final.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the x8bd platform:
- Engaging in any fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activity.
- Attempting to manipulate the platform using automated bots, software, or any other technical method.
- Creating multiple accounts to gain bonus or promotional benefits.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Hacking or other cyber attacks on the platform's systems or network.
- Opening or operating an account using a false identity.
- Gaming on behalf of or as a proxy for minors.
If any of the above activities are detected, the relevant account will be suspended immediately and the outstanding balance may be forfeited. In serious cases, legal action may also be taken.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Suspension by x8bd
x8bd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account at any time, without stating a reason. This action may be taken in particular under the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Failure to complete identity verification.
- Suspicion that the account holder is a minor.
- Legal or regulatory reasons.
8.2 Closure at User's Request
If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact the support team. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed, but active bonus terms will be cancelled.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
